PPAYMENTS

  • Payments on cottonchalk can be made through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash Cards, Net Banking and Cash On Delivery.

CARD PAYMENT & NET BANKING

  • We accept Master, VISA & American Express
  • We also accept Net Banking through banks.
  • Payments through credit cards are accepted through our secure online payment gateway partners.
  • In a credit card transaction, you must use a credit card that is preferably in the name of the person placing the order. However, this is not a precondition for placing orders with us. We will not be liable for any card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to prevent use of a credit card fraudulently is on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' exclusively rests on you in event of a probable fraud.
  • Cottonchalk handles and stores all personal information received from you in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy in this regard.

PAY ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is an option to pay at delivery for your product instead of, in advance.
  • The maximum order limit for COD is Rs. 5,000/-.
  • All orders placed via COD will be verified electronically or telephonically before the dispatch takes place.
  • The option of COD is not available for delivery outside India.
  • Cottonchalk may refuse COD transaction at its discretion.

 

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

  • Shipping within India for orders above Rs. 4,999/- is free.
  • For orders below Rs.5,000/-, flat shipping of Rs.99/- is chargeable.
  • Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
  • As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • We ship across the globe Cottonchalk does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • International Shipping is FREE for orders above $150. For orders less than $150, shipping is charged at $20. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cottonchalk tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  • Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
